SOURCED: Kochi, South India
The linen we use in our garments is sourced from the farms near the city of Kochi, South India.
Linen is a fabric woven from flax plants. It is a far more sustainable fabric than others as it requires minimal water and each part of the plant has a valid use. It is well-known as a sustainable fabric in today’s fashion industry as it is also fully biodegradable and can be easily recycled.

At Rooh, we love linen because of its versatility and durability. It is breathable and gentle on the skin, seeing as it is a 100% natural fabric, plus is thicker than other fabrics meaning it will last longer. Despite the strength, linen is a lightweight fabric that dries quickly, perfect for women who are always on the go and need comfort as well as beauty in their clothing. Natural linen is also heat conductive, meaning it will keep you cool, comfortable and dry in the heat and warmer when the temperature drops.
We used linen in our Aurora dress in our Euphoria Collection and the Sets and Tube midi in our Day Dream Print
