DELAYS

Please note that due to limited international flights and challenges incurred to delivery services during the global pandemic, international customers may experience delays outside the normal estimates. We are unable to control the delivery time frame once we have dispatched to a third-party courier service.

All countries have different rules and regulations regarding taxes, duties and customs regulations. Our shipping fees do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at your destination country and are payable by you, the customer.

Please note we are not liable for lost, stolen or damaged products. Parcels cannot be left unattended, so will be redirected to your local post office for collection.
