We welcome you to try on your on your Rooh purchase in the comfort of your own home!

If it’s not quite right for you, you can submit a returns request for a refund or credit note within 7 days of receiving your order. Please do so here in our returns portal and see below for terms and conditions.

We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the returns timeframe.


REFUNDS

  • We offer refunds for all orders excluding any items bought in a sale or gift cards
  • Return shipping is not included and will be at your own cost
  • Please submit your return request via our online portal HERE, any items returned to us without requesting a return first will not be accepted
  • Item/s must be returned within 7 days of receiving your purchase together with original proof of purchase form our online store
  • We will refund the cost of the item/s only but not any initial or subsequent shipping costs, customs duties or import taxes including any transaction commission charged via a third party such as PayPal (3%), Afterpay (8%), Zip pay (5%) etc.
  • Item/s must be in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, with their tags still attached and within their original box and packaging including the gift with purchase (if applicable).
  • All refunds are processed via our website and the refund will go back on to the same method of payment used for the purchase


STORE CREDIT

  • We offer store credit for all orders excluding any items bought in a sale or gift cards
  • Return shipping is free for all domestic (Australian) orders, once your return request has been accepted you will be emailed a prepaid returns label
  • For all international orders returns will be at your own cost including any customs duties or import taxes. 
  • Please submit your return request via our online portal HERE, any items returned to us without requesting a return first will not be accepted
  • Item/s must be returned within 7 days of receiving your purchase together with original proof of purchase from our online store
  • Item/s must be in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, with their tags still attached and within their original box and packaging
  • Store credit notes are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.


SALE ITEMS

Sale items or items purchased during a Flash Sale/Promotional Event/Discounted Items are final sale only and not available for returns. If an order is returned despite this policy, item/s will be sent back to you at an additional charge.


FAULTY PRODUCTS

Please inspect your item/s upon receiving your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item/s. We will evaluate and come back to you as soon as possible to fix the issue.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For orders outside of Australia, return shipping will be at your own cost. Please submit your returns request HERE and we will send you our address for returning your order.
We can organise a pre-paid return label for your return at an additional cost.
